Here's a great recipe for Chocolate Mousse and it's fast! Chop chocolate
chips in blender on high 6 seconds. Add boiling water and blend 10
seconds. Add yolks and Grand Marnier and blend until smooth, about 3
seconds. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar in medium bowl until stiff
but not dry. Gently fold into chocolate mixture. Divide among dessert
dishes. Cover with plastic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
