INGREDIENTS

1 Bag chocolate chips
1 tb Coffee
dr Water
10 Eggs; separated, up to 12
2/3 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

melt chocolate chips, coffee and water together.
meanwhile, separate 10-12 eggs. Whip whites with 2/3 cup sugar. Set
aside. Mix yolks with melted chocolate. Fold the two mixtures. Bake
1/3 of the batter for 20 minutes. Pour the rest on top of the "cake"
and freeze. You can garnish with kiwi or strawberry. It is very easy
and tastes great.
