INSTRUCTIONS
The silken tofu is the key to a light mousse. Puree till smooth, refrigerate or freeze 2 hours before use. FUDGESICLES: Put chocolate mousse recipe into popsicle molds-freeze overnight or several hours. Great for the kids!
