INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Unsalted butter
3 c Chocolate wafer crumbs(Nabisco Famous chocolate wafers, 2 boxes)
1 pk (12 oz) Nestles' semisweet morsels
4 Squares (1-ounce) Baker's German sweet chocolate
2 Eggs
4 Eggs; separated
2 c Whipping cream
6 tb Confectioners' sugar
Chocolate shavings

INSTRUCTIONS

GARNISH
Melt butter in a small saucepan. Mix in wafer crumbs. Press onto bottom and
up sides of large-size spring pan. Refrigerate about 1/2 hour. Melt
chocolate (both) in double boiler and cool slightly. Mix melted chocolate,
2 eggs and 4 egg yolks. Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add
confectioners sugar. Beat remaining egg whites. Add small amount of egg
whites and whipping cream to chocolate mixture, gently but thoroughly. Fold
in remainder of egg whites and whipped cream to chocolate. Pour into crust
and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Do
not remove from spring pan until serving time. I hope this is what you
