INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c Water
2 tb Orange liqueur
1/4 c Light corn syrup
1 ts Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar and cocoa in a saucepan; stir well.  Add water, stirring
until smooth.  Add liqueur and corn syrup; stir well. Place over medium
heat; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in
vanilla. Pour into a bowl; cover and chill.  (per tablespoon: 46 calories,
0.  3g fat, 6% calories from fat)
