INGREDIENTS

2 c Peanut butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
8 oz Semisweet chocolate squares
1 c Peanuts; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat peanut butter, sugar and eggs in large bowl until light and
fluffy. Reserve 1 cup of the peanut butter mixture; set aside.
Melt 4 squares of the chocolate. Add to the peanut butter mixture in
the bowl and mix well. Press into ungreased 13 X 9 inch pan. Top with
reserved peanut butter mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Melt the
remaining 4 squares chocolate and spread evenly over the entire
surface. Sprinkle with peanuts. Cool in pan until chocolate is set.
Cut into bars.
Makes about 24 bars.
