In a medium bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanute butter. Microwave on
high for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 1-1/2 minutes, until chocolate is
melted and the mixture is combined and smooth. Stir in peanuts. Drop by
spoonful onto parchment lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store
in refrigerator in tightly covered container. Use a #40 scoop for
mini-muffin papers.
