INGREDIENTS

8 dl Milk; (3.3 cups)
1 dl Corn starch; (0.4 c)
1 dl Cocoa; (0.4 c)
1 ts Sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
Sugar*

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix milk, corn starch, cocoa, sugar and egg in a heavy pot. Stir over
medium heat until it thickens. Vanilla sugar to taste. Pour cold
water over a mould. Pour mix into it. Let it get cold. Turn upside
down on a serving platter.
*I'm not sure if you use what we call vanilla sugar. Its powdered
(icing) sugar with vanillin or a vanilla pod in it. You should be
able to use vanilla extract instead.
