INSTRUCTIONS
Sean, here is a recipe for Chocolate Pudding that I found from the Lifetime
TV home page. It has recipes from all the shows that they have on the
daytime shows. The URL is: http://www.lifetimetv.com
How to Prepare:
1.Sift 1/2 c. sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt over a large bowl.
Whisk in 1/2 c. of milk to make a smooth paste.
2.In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream with the remaining milk and
sugar and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, whisking constantly.
3.Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the cocoa paste until smooth. Boil
the mixture for 1 minute.
4.Place the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl. Strain the hot milk mixture
over the chopped chocolate, stir in the vanilla and whisk until the pudding
is smooth.
5.Pour the pudding into 6 glasses or pudding cups. Cover and refrigerate
until set, at least 4 hours.
6.Top with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
