INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: In a large saucepan, stir together the sugar, cornstarch
and salt. Gradually whisk in the egg yolks until well combined.
Gradually stir in the milk. Cook the mixture over medium heat,
stirring constantly for about 10 minutes until mixture thickens and
comes to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in the chocolates and
vanilla. Quickly pour the mixture through a strainer into a bowl.
Serve at once or refrigerate. Serve 6.
