INSTRUCTIONS
Directions:
Spray 4" individual souffl. dishes with non-stick cooking spray. Dust
each dish with cocoa powder and set aside. In a double boiler, melt
together the butter, chocolate and 1/3 cup sugar. Pour melted mixture
into a large bowl. With an electric mixer, beat in the egg yolks,
cream cheese, flour, and baking powder. Blend until smooth. In a
separate bowl, beat together the egg whites and 1/3 cup sugar until
soft peaks form. Fold in the beaten egg whites into the chocolate
mixture. Pour mixture into the souffl. dishes and bake at 350 degrees
for 30-40 minutes until puffed and the center is slightly soft.
