INSTRUCTIONS
Squares: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter, sugar and egg in
bowl of food processor. Mix until smooth. Melt chocolate in bowl over
simmering water or in microwave. Mix together flour and baking soda.
Add 1/2 to food processor. Pour buttermilk in processor. Mix. Add
remaining flour. Process until well mixed. Add vanilla and almond
extracts and melted chocolate. Pulse to mix. Pour batter in buttered
7 x 9 pan. Bake 9-10 minutes until sides pull away from pan. Do not
overcook!
Sauce: While squares are baking, melt white chocolate in bowl over hot
water or in microwave. Stir in cream. To serve: Cut cake into squares
and pour sauce over top.
Approximately 12-15 minutes.
