INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cn | (16 oz) chocolate syrup |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |

| 1 | c | Flour; sifted |
| 1 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | ds | Salt |
| 1/3 | c | Evaporated milk |
| 1/2 | Stick butter | |
| 1 | c | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Chocolate chips |
INSTRUCTIONS
ICING Cream eggs and butter and sugar; add chocolate syrup, flour, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Bake in a 13x9 pan at 350* for 30 min. Icing: Mix milk, butter & sugar. Bring to boil and cook for 3 min. Remove from stove, add chocolate chips & nuts. Spread quickly.
