INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and
cocoa. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir zucchini
mixture into flour mixture. Grease two 9 x 5 loaf pans. Divide batter
evenly between two pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool for 10
minutes, then remove from pan.
