Meats Main dishes, To post 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Lean Pork <OR> 3/4 Lb. Each Pork And Veal
3 Lge Onions; sliced
1 lg Stalk Of Celery; chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut meat in small pieces, brown in 2 tbs. butter. Put sliced onion, celery
in large pot add meat andd 1 teas. sugar, 3 tb. soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook until meat is tender. Then mix 3 teas. corn starch, 3 teas. bead
molasses with little cold water. add to above mixture and it will thicken
while cooking. Add a can of bean sprouts. Serve on rice.
Serves 4
