INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a non stick pan, add the bacon and garlic and fry until golden
and crisp. Drain on a paper towel.
Wash the spinach thoroughly and place in a large saucepan over medium
heat, stirring frequently until it begins to wilt.
Place the wilted spinach in a bowl with all the remaining ingredients
and toss together. Serve at once.
