8	lg	Cooking apples; peeled, cored and sliced or cut into chunks, (up to 10)
1/2	c	Cold water
1	ts	Cinnamon
1/2	c	Sugar; (up to 1)

INSTRUCTIONS

Put ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 3 to
4 hours.) Serve warm. Add cream if desired.
