INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown meat in large skillet sprayed with
non-stick spray. Drain meat. Mix meat & remaining ingredients & put
into 2 qt. casserole. Cover & bake for 2 hours. More water may be
added if desired. Serve over rice,noodles or potatoes. Serves 8.
