Chopped bell pepper

Chopped onion

Jar (2-oz) pimientos; drained and chopped

(16-oz) chopped sauerkraut; drained
Olive slices
Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Garnish with either black or
green olive slices and paprika. Serve at room temperature with your
favorite crackers.
