INSTRUCTIONS
Taken from the cookbook "365 Easy One Dish Meals" {These are the 3 recipes
that I have prepared, and I recommend them for any picnic, church luncheon,
or just a quick and light supper.}
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, Dijon mustard, garlic, oil, salt
and pepper. Mix well. Add chicken, cucumber, red onion, pickles, and
celery. Toss to coat with dressing. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on
salad greens.
