INGREDIENTS

2 pk (12 Oz) Cranberries; fresh or frozen
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Orange Juice
1 cn (16 Oz) Sliced Peaches; drained/cut up
1 cn (8 Oz) Pineapple Tidbits; drained
1 c Chopped Pecans
1/2 c Golden Raisins

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large saucepan, bring cranberries, sugr and orange juice to a boil,
stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 8-10 minutes
or until the berries burst. Remove from the heat; stir in peaches,
pineapple, pecans and raisins. Cool. Cover and refrigerate at least 3
hours.
Yield: about 6 cups.
NOTES : "This makes a nice addition to a Christmas gift basket", says Donna
Brockett of Kingfisher, Oklahoma. "It is delcious served with ham or
poultry."
