INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the cucumbers, onions, green peppers, garlic and salt in a large
container, cover with the cracked ice; mix well. Let mixture stand for 3
hours; drain well and remove garlic. Combine the remaining ingredients and
pour over the cucumber mixture. Bring to a boil. Pack cucumbers and liquid
into hot jars, leaving 1/2" head space. Adjust lids and process in a
boiling water bath (half pints or pints) for 5 minutes. makes 8 pints
