INSTRUCTIONS
Place the fish in an oven-proof dish, lightly braised with olive oil.
Mix together the cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, turmeric and freshly
chopped herbs.
Mix in the rind and juice of the rind and lemon. Pour over the fish.
Mix all the prepared vegetables together with the garlic. Add the
fish and spices. Leave to marinate for at least one hour.
Bake in a moderate oven.
