Recipe By : Glojul Put the water into a large saucepan and when warm
add the butter, a pinch of salt and a little sugar. Stir and when it comes
to the boil carefully add the flour, stirring all the time with a wooden
spoon to a smooth batter. Remove from the fire and beat in the eggs, stir
till smooth. Heat the oil till it smokes, force the mixture through a
funnel into the hot oil and deep fry till golden. Cut the churros with
scissors into sticks and drain. Sprinkle with icing sugar and eat hot or
cold. Churros at fairs and in the streets are usually made without eggs.
