I have some chutney recipes in my Healing Heart Handbook. Here's a basic
one you can use for most fruits. I use not-quite-ripe mangos. I've used
nectarines, citrus, crabapples, guava and many other fruit.
Boil sugar and vinegar 5 minutes, add all other ingredients, slow cook 90
minutes. Seal in sterile jars or refrigerate.
