Lollo rosso lettuce leaves
1 Extra large tomato, sliced
6 Black olives, pitted and
sliced
1 Carrot, grated
A bunch or packet of
watercress sprigs

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the ciabatta loaf horizontally in half, leaving it ''hinged''
along one side.  Fill with lettuce, tomato, black olives, carrot,
