INGREDIENTS
| 2 | sm | Serrano chiles |
| 1 1/2 | tb | Honey |
| 1/2 | c | Cilantro leaves |
| 1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
| 3/4 | c | Canola oil |
| Salt and pepper to taste. |
INSTRUCTIONS
