INGREDIENTS

2 c Picked cilantro leaves
1 tb Minced garlic
1/2 c Roasted pine nuts
1/2 c Roasted walnuts
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
3 tb Olive oil
(or enough to make a paste)
Salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients together, forming a
thick paste. Season with salt and pepper.
