Cinnamon-Lemon Yams

INGREDIENTS

2 16 oz. canned yams
1/4 c Butter, melted
2 tb Bottled lemon juice
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1/2 c Crumbled cornflakes

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 F.  Arrange yams in a 2 quart casserole. Combine butter,
lemon juice, cinnamon; pour over yams. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
Bake 30 min.  Serve hot.  Serves 6.  Source:  Dottie Theriault's
