INSTRUCTIONS
1. Toss pears with lemon juice; spread in one layer on a baking sheet.
Freeze, uncovered, until frozen solid.
2. Place frozen pears, milk, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth. If your machine struggles to process the frozen
fruit, let fruit stand 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature to thaw
slightly.
3. Add sugar, if necessary (this will depend on the sweetness of the
pears). Serve immediately.
Serves 4 to 6.
Variation: Add 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ground ginger to taste.
