INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 | c | All-purpose flour |
1/2 | c | Regular, Quick or Instant |
CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal | ||
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | T | Baking powder |
2 | t | Ground cinnamon |
1 | c | Milk |
1 | Egg, lightly beaten | |
2 | T | FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine |
melted | ||
11 | t | Vanilla extract |
1 | c | California Raisins |
2 | T | Fruit juice, any flavor |
INSTRUCTIONS
In medium bowl, combine flour, cereal, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside. In small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Spoon mixture evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2" muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400'F. 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
