Chinese Seasoning 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 T Salt
1/2 t Ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat salt in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Stir or shake the pan
constantly until the salt begins to brown; then remove from heat. Let
cool slightly; then stir in cinnamon. Store in a tightly covered jar.  
VARIATIONS  For the cinnamon, substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.
Add with  the cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of Fiye Spices.
