INSTRUCTIONS
Peel the fruit and pull into segments, wash the strawberries and dry. Melt the chocolate in separate bowls set over pans of simmering water. Pick up each piece of fruit with a skewer and then dip into the melted chocolate. Lay on a wire rack and chill until the chocolate has set. Dust with icing sugar or cocoa and enjoy.
