2 Oranges; peeled, segmented,

1 Blood orange; peeled, segmented,
; and membrane removed
(or 1 additional regular orange)
1 Lemon; peeled, segmented,

1 Lime; peeled, segmented,
; and membrane removed
1 ts Chopped fresh cilantro
1 ts Seeded and minced serrano chile
2 ts Seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 tb Olive oil
Kosher salt; to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine the citrus segments in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients
and gently toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. This recipe
yields ? servings.
