INGREDIENTS

Basic Holiday Cookies; * see changes below

INSTRUCTIONS

* Prepare Basic Holiday Cookie dough, with the following changes: Omit
vanilla; add 1 1/2 tsp. each grated lemon and lime rind with egg. Wrap in
plastic; refrigerate until well chilled. Roll out dough on floured surface,
half at a time to 3/16th inch thickness. Cut out with star-shaped cookie
cutter. Reroll scraps. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake in 350 F. oven 10-12 minutes. Cool on racks. Spread some stars with
yellow icing, remaining with white. Sprinkle with decorator sugar. Makes 1
