INSTRUCTIONS
For the plum batter: Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the egg to the well and mix round, incorporating more flour as you go. Add the melted butter and beat well. Then add the milk and beat again. Place the plums in the bottom of the buttered and sugared ramkins. Pour mixture over the plums and some sugar which you have placed in a greased dish and bake at 190øC/375øF/gas mark 5. For the clafoutis: Mix all the ingredients together.
