Clam Macadamia Puffs

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Cream cheese, softened
1 cn (6.5 oz) can minced clams; drained
1 ts Scallion; minced
1/2 c Macadamia nuts; chopped
Salt to taste
1 pn Cayenne pepper
3/4 ts Worcestershire sauce
20 Saltine crackers
1 tb Macadamia nuts; ground
1 ts Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

Whip cream cheese thoroughly.  Add clams;  mix well. Add scallions, chopped
nuts, salt, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; whip again.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Pile clam mixture generously ontio crackers.  Sprinkle with ground
macadamia nuts and paprika.  Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and
serve hot.
