INSTRUCTIONS
These remind me of fall mornings in Seattle. They also remind me of
winter dinners in Seattle. We ate a lot of these when I was a child.
Mix a can of minced clams, drained, into your favorite pancake batter.
Fry as usual and be ready for a treat. You will be surprised at how good
clams and maple syrup taste together.
