Classic Crab Cakes

INGREDIENTS

1 Stick unsalted butter
1 tb Flour
2 Eggs
2 cn Crab meat
3 Scallions
1 c Seasoned bread crumbs
3 tb Minced sweet onion
1/8 ts Cayenne
2 ts Italian seasoning
1 tb Chopped dill
Salt and black pepper
Lime wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl add flour, eggs, crab meat, scallions, bread crumbs,
yellow onion, cayenne, Italian seasoning, dill, salt and pepper. Stir
gently together. Heat butter in large skillet. Form crab meat mixture
into small pancakes. Fry until golden brown on each side. (Add more
butter to pan if needed.) Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Approximately 10-15 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 924 Calories; 19g Fat (19%
calories from fat); 85g Protein; 97g Carbohydrate; 620mg Cholesterol;
4197mg Sodium
