Classic Ham Dinner

INGREDIENTS

2 sl Ham
2 tb Unsalted butter
12 Canned apricots
2 tb Apricot jam
2 tb Maple syrup
1/2 c Pineapple chunks
2 Oranges; Juice of
2 tb Grated orange peel
2 tb Chopped parsley
2 tb Sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute ham in pan in melted butter. Arrange apricots and pineapple
chunks around ham slices. Reduce heat to simmer. In a bowl mix
together apricot jam, maple syrup, orange juice, orange peel, parsley
and sherry. Baste ham slices and fruit with liquid as ham cooks. Cook
about 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
Approximately 5-10 minutes.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 980 Calories; 54g Fat (51%
calories from fat); 50g Protein; 67g Carbohydrate; 225mg Cholesterol;
3717mg Sodium
