INGREDIENTS

3 Garlic cloves
3 tb Dijon mustard
3 ts Rosemary
1/4 ts Onion powder
Paprika
Black pepper
2 tb Olive oil
2 lb Flank steak

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat broiler. Mix together garlic, mustard, rosemary, garlic
powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper & olive oil. Whisk together.
Put steak on broiler pan. Broil 2 minutes on each side to sear meat.
Spread 1/2 herb mixture on meat & broil 3 minutes.
Turn meat, spread with remaining half of mixture & boil 3 minutes.
Meat will be rare. Let meat rest for a few minutes before cutting. To
serve, cut meat into thin slices.
Approximately 7-12 minutes.
Per serving: 2139 Calories; 124g Fat (53% calories from fat); 243g
Protein; 8g Carbohydrate; 463mg Cholesterol; 1198mg Sodium
