1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | T | A/p flour |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/8 | t | Pepper |
2 | c | Milk |
8 | oz | Shredded mild cheddar cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
From: "joyce underwood" <j.underwood@mailcity.com> Cook onion in butter in a medium saucepan for 5 minutes, or til tender. Stir flour, salt, and pepper into onion. Gradually add milk, then cook til thick, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add 1+1/2 c. cheese, stirring til melted. Stir in macaroni.
