INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese,
cooked ground turkey, chili powder, garlic powder, crushed oregano,
white pepper and the egg.
Divide this cheese mixture evenly on the tortillas.
Roll each stuffed tortilla into a tube shape, distributing the mixture
evenly in each tortilla.
Place 1 cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place
the 6 stuffed tortillas on the sauce, seam-side down.
Cover the top of each manicotti with the rest of the tomato sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese over the
top.
Place in a preheated 350 F oven for approximately 30 minutes.
