Ingredients: 1 Head Romaine lettuce; chopped; 5 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled; 3 tb Crumbled Bleu cheese; 1 Tomato; finely chopped; 1 Avocado; finely chopped; 2 Hard-boiled eggs; finely chopped; 1/4 c Cider vinegar; 1/2 c Salad oil; 1 ts Lemon juice; 1/4 ts Garlic powder; 1 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Pepper

DRESSING
Combine all salad ingredients. If making ahead, add avocado and bacon at
the last minute. Toss with dressing. Yield: 4 servings.
