Coca Cola Pork Barbecue

INGREDIENTS

4 lb Boneless pork butt or shoulder; (trimmed of fat)
1 c CocaCola
1 c Barbecue sauce; (up to 1-1/2)

INSTRUCTIONS

Although this recipe cooks for a total of about 15-18 hours (in two steps),
it only takes about 20 minutes of preparation. Let it cook overnight and it
will finish the next afternoon.
Place pork in crockpot, pour cola over, and cover. Cook on low for 10-12
hours or until pork can be easily shredded.
Carefully remove pork from pot and let it cool slightly. Shred pork using
two forks or your fingers. Remove all fat. Discard cooking liquid and
return pork to pot. Add barbecue sauce to taste and mix. Continue cooking
on low for 5-6 hours. Serve with additional sauce.
