INSTRUCTIONS

HEAT ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT LEEKS TO BOILING. REDUCE HEAT, COVER, AND
SIMMER 30 MIN. ADD LEEKS AND HEAT TO BOILING. REDUCE HEAT, COVER, AND
SIMMER 10-15 MIN. Note: I use MUCH less chicken than this.  Makes a
