Preheat oven to 350x F. Spray baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray;
set aside. In medium saucepan melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, stir
in brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until
sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until
well blended. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls 3" apart on prepared baking
sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until cookies spread thin and are deep brown
(cookies will still be soft). Cool 2 minutes on sheets. Working quickly
with spatula, remove cookies to wire rack; cook completely. Sprinkle, if
desired, with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.

A Message from our Provider:
“A cheerful spirit is one of the most valuable gifts ever bestowed upon humanity by a kind Creator. It is the sweetest and most fragrant flower of the Spirit, that constantly sends out its beauty and fragrance, and blesses everything within its reach. It will sustain the soul in the darkest and most dreary places of this world. It will hold in check the demons of despair, and stifle the power of discouragement and hopelessness. It is the brightest star that ever cast its radiance over the darkened soul, and one that seldom sets in the gloom of morbid fancies and forboding imaginations.”
