Ingredients: 3/4 c Unsweetened coconut milk; 1/4 c Peanut butter; 1 md Green chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped; 1 tb Cilantro; snipped; 1/2 ts Lemon peel; shredded; 1/2 ts Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce; Milk

INGREDIENTS

3/4	c	Unsweetened coconut milk
1/4	c	Peanut butter
1	md	Green chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped
1	tb	Cilantro; snipped
1/2	ts	Lemon peel; shredded
1/2	ts	Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
		Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium
heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is
too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut
Balls.
