Coconut and Peanut Butter Sauce

Unsweetened coconut milk

Peanut butter

Green chili pepper; seeded, finely chopped

Cilantro; snipped

Lemon peel; shredded
1/2

Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium
heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is
too thick, stir in a little milk. Serve warm with Indonesian Beef-Coconut
Balls.
