INGREDIENTS
3/4 | c | Unsweetened coconut milk |
1/4 | c | Peanut butter |
1 | Green chili pepper, seeded | |
finely chopped | ||
1 | T | Cilantro, snipped |
1/2 | t | Lemon peel, shredded |
1/2 | t | Fish sauce or 1/2 teaspoon |
soy sauce | ||

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Reduce hat; simmer, uncovered, 5-10 minutes. If sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk.
