INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 325. Mix shortening, sugar, egg, vanilla, extract &
milk. Mix flour, salt & powder; stir in. Blend in coconut & peel.
Spread in lightly greased square pan, 9*9*1 3/4". Bake 30-35 minutes.
While warm, cut into bars.
